FlexNa Privacy Policy
FlexNa app by Bangketa.PH. Last updated October 28, 2026.
FlexNa is run by Bangketa.PH, a sole proprietorship registered with the Department of Trade and Industry and owned by Algene De Los Reyes. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the rights you have under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
Your account: name, username, profile photo, and how you verified (mobile number, Facebook or Apple). If you sign in with Apple, we get the name and email Apple shares, which may be a private relay address. If you sign in with Facebook, we get your name, email and profile photo from Facebook; we never post to Facebook for you.
What you post: listings with their photos and videos, bids, draw entries and the display name you pick for the spell board, reviews, reports, ShoutOuts and Flexer messages.
Orders: what you bought or sold, delivery names, addresses and phone numbers, courier and tracking numbers, and any problem you report.
Messages you send in FlexNa chat. If you or the other person reports a chat, FlexNa gets a copy of its latest 30 messages.
Help cases you open with FlexNa Support, with their photos. FlexNa’s staff, including helpers who answer cases, see them along with the order a case is about.
Photo proof on orders: photos and videos you add to a problem report, or a waybill photo when you ship. Only the buyer, the seller and FlexNa see them, and they’re kept with the order’s records.
Sellers you follow and searches you save, so we can tell you about new listings and lives.
If you apply to sell: your full name, mobile number, country and city, the social media accounts you give us, the categories you plan to sell, and two photos of you holding your valid ID (front and back).
Payments: the method you used and whether it went through. Card and e-wallet details are handled by PayMongo (peso orders) or Stripe (dirham orders) and never stored by FlexNa.
Your device: the type of phone, app version and, if you allow notifications, a notification token so we can send you alerts.
Crash reports: when the app crashes or hits an error, technical details about it (what went wrong, the screen, the phone model and app version) with your account number, but not your name, contact details or payments.
Usage counts: how often features are used (like listing views, searches and bids), counted per phone with a random number that isn’t linked to your account.
Why we use it
To run the marketplace: show listings, take bids, process orders and payments, and get items delivered.
To keep it fair: one verified account per person, strikes for unpaid wins, and checks against fraud and fake bids.
To check that sellers are real people before they can sell, using the details and ID photos in their seller application.
To send you updates you need, like outbids, wins, payment deadlines, shipping and roll times.
To handle support requests, order problems and refunds.
To meet legal duties, such as tax records and the reports the DTI requires for sales promotions like Numbered Drops (which can include winners’ names).
Who sees it
Other users see your public profile: name, username, photo, listings, reviews, and your bids and draw entries under your username or the display name you choose.
When you buy, the seller gets the delivery name, address and phone number for that order so they can ship it.
Seller applications, including the ID photos, are private: only you and the FlexNa team who reviews them can see them. Other users never do.
Service providers that help run FlexNa, such as our database and hosting (Supabase), notifications (Expo), crash reporting (Sentry), SMS, payment and courier partners. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
If you pay with Tabby or Tamara, we send them your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, the order and a summary of your FlexNa purchase history, so they can approve your installment plan. They handle it under their own privacy policies.
Government authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, listings, messages and addresses. We keep order and payment records only as long as tax and business laws require.
Reports, with the copy of the messages or listing they’re about, are kept for as long as we need them to handle disputes and repeat abuse.
Usage counts are deleted after 180 days.
ID photos are kept while your application is being reviewed and while you sell on FlexNa, so we can look into fraud reports. We delete them if you withdraw your application, if it’s declined, or when you delete your account.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask to see your information, correct it, get a copy, object to how it’s used, or have it deleted or blocked. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). If you’re in the UAE, the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) gives you similar rights.
You can delete your account anytime in Settings, Delete account. For anything else, email us.
Security
We protect your information with access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think your account was misused.
Age
FlexNa is for people 18 and older. Minors may only use it with a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for them.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app when the change matters.
