Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Once the order is placed, you can no longer change the size/quantity/color/ or add other item/s, or change the mode of payment but you can definitely request to remove the item or cancel your order to place a whole new one. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer care.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to orders@bangketa.ph with your order ID and reason for cancellation. 

Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Which items are non- returnable?

  • • No return is accepted on body care or cosmetics such as make-up, lipsticks, lotions, perfumes, etc.
  • Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear & socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons


Vintage items may have normal wear caused by age and use. We will try our best to indicate any unusual wear of note in the product description.

All sales on vintage items are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on any vintage items. If you have questions or concerns about a particular item, please make sure you contact us before you make your purchase.

Return/Refund Conditions:
You have up to 7 days starting from the day you received your order to request a refund.
  • • Any items returned must be in the same quality condition in which you received them with the original packaging, tags, and invoice receipt.
    • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or credit the returned items.
    • We DO NOT have a Cash Refund Policy. We can only add the amount of the returned item/s to your account wallet which can be used for future purchases (excluding the shipping fee).
    • We will arrange a pickup via courier. Please take note that for pickup, there will be a cost pickup charge depending on your location which will be deducted from your account wallet amount.
  • For credit card/online payment, please send an email to orders@bangketa.ph if you wish to return and refund your order.
